At Dowinx, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming setup. If your new chair isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a different model.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
